About Us

Shady Grove Construction is a state certified woman owned business and was established in May, 2001 by Erica Richardson. Erica gained her experience in the utility industry by working for The City of Columbia, Engineering Department for 15 years. Erica has Water and Sewer licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina and maintains her Water Treatment Operator License. In addition, she has an A.S., degree in Civil Engineering Technology and a B.S., in Public Administration. As a team, we have the knowledge, experience and proper certification allowing us to effectively complete the job regardless of size or scope. We have met and exceeded the demands of diverse construction projects and guarantee to provide you with a quality product through our integrity, skill and hard work.
